We can then discuss the process of mediation, and how it could apply in your case. I'll explain my role in more detail. It's important for us both to decide whether mediation is appropriate for your situation. This initial consultation is free of charge.

If you and the other party(s) decide to engage me as your mediator, then my fees are charged on an hourly basis. Usually parties to the dispute share the mediator's costs. Although I'm based near Hamilton, I conduct mediations throughout Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, the King Country and Hawkes Bay.
